Guided by seasoned instructors Rajaa and Lina, you'll delve into rejuvenating yoga sessions that harmonize breath, movement, and mindfulness. These sessions are tailored to all levels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

In addition to the calming embrace of yoga, our retreat will feature immersive art therapy workshops. Tap into your creative spirit as you explore various artistic mediums, allowing self-expression to flow freely. No experience with yoga, meditation or art is required and absolute beginners are welcome!

Saturday Feb 24
8:30 am – 10:00 am Meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and hatha/ vinyasa yoga
10:30 am Breakfast
11:30 am - 2:30 pm Art therapy session
2:45 pm Lunch
Free Time (rest, nap, read, take a walk,  snowshoe (gear for snowshoeing is included), use the sauna, use the professional massage chairs)
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm Meditation, pranayama (breathwork), yin yoga, and ending with yoga nidra
7:00 pm Dinner
8:00 pm – 10:00 pm Social game night

  • Transportation to and back from the retreat centre. Car pooling is encouraged.

Meet Your Hosts

Rajaa Azouqa

Rajaa is a seasoned wellness educator. She has successfully launched two online courses that are currently available online, Mindfulness Certification Program and Mindful Eating Certification Program.

Rajaa is certified in three professional mindfulness programs from University of Toronto and University of California, Berkeley specializing in Mindful Eating and Mindfulness in the Workplace.

Rajaa is also E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, YACEP, FRC® Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and Bone Fit™ Trained - Osteoporosis Canada, all of which she incorporates in her yoga classes to ensure her students get a comprehensive and safe practice.

She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Pre- Natal & Post-Natal Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra

Lina Faroussi


An international award-winning visual artist, whose artwork has been published in international art books and magazines and has exhibited in solo and group art shows throughout Canada, USA, Europe, and the Middle East.

In her journey of self-discovery, she immersed herself in the dual realms of study and practice, seamlessly blending the therapeutic power of art with the healing process. Through dedicated exploration, she harnessed the synergy between creativity and well-being, recognizing the profound impact of painting on the soul. Driven by a passion to facilitate healing through artistic expression, she endeavored to share this transformative journey with others, and she also embraced the role of coach and mentor, guiding creative individuals on their unique paths of self-expression and healing.
