YOGA & MINDFULNESS RETREAT

  • Explore different styles of yoga and Pranayama (breath work).

  • Learn to practice mindfulness meditation.

  • Cleanse and nourish your body while having fun, as we will prepare some simple healthy meals together.

  • Practice mindful eating followed by group reflection/ discussion

  • Relax and enjoy the peaceful nature and beach.

  • Share experiences, develop new friendships and come away refreshed and inspired.

No experience with yoga or meditation is required and absolute beginners are welcome!

Location & Accommodation

Wasaga Beach - We will stay in a cozy cottage that is 3 min walk to Beach 2. 

Space is limited to 10 people - shared accommodation - separate beds 

Itinerary

Friday Sep 10

  • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Arrive

  • Opening Circle

  • Mindfulness meditation followed by Yin & restorative yoga 

  • Dinner - Mindful eating practice

  • Group discussion and reflection 
     

Saturday Sep 11

  • Pranayama (breath work) followed by Vinyasa yoga

  • Breakfast - Mindful eating practice

  • Beach time - Yoga and meditation at the beach - Lunch at the beach

  • Dinner - Mindful eating practice

  • Group discussion and reflection 

Sunday July 12

  • Pranayama (breath work) followed by Hatha yoga

  • breakfast - mindful eating practice

  • 11:00 am check out from cottage

  • Beach time

REGULAR PRICE

$440 +13% HST (total $497.2)

 

  • Price includes 2 night accommodation,  yoga & meditation sessions (6.5 hours), mindful eating practices and discussions (2 hours).

  • Price does NOT include food. Each person is responsible for bringing their food supply. This will be coordinated closer to the date. Mindful eating starts from preparing your meal (actually from shopping for supplies) We will enjoy preparing our meals together and BBQ in the backyard. 

What to Bring

- Yoga mat - blocks and straps - small blanket

- Washroom towels

- Beach towels

- Your food & drink supplies (will be coordinated closer to the date)
