Rajaa is a seasoned wellness educator. She holds multiple mindfulness certificates from University of Toronto and University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Mindful Eating and Mindfulness & Resilience in the Workplace.
She also completed the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) at the Centre of Mindfulness Studies.
Rajaa is E-RYT 500 yoga teacher , YACEP and FRC® Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. FRC® is a joint training system that Rajaa incorporates in her yoga classes to ensure her students get a comprehensive and safe practice.
Rajaa’s mindfulness and yoga journey started in 2007, and her passion is transferred through her interactive sessions where she approaches teaching with enthusiasm and joy. In her teaching she draws from neuroscience, mental health and emotional intelligence resources to create sustainable behaviour change.
She has been delivering wellness programs, trainings, workshops and retreats for organizations and individuals using research-based studies, tools & techniques as well as engaging learning methods. Rajaa’s students and clients always find their learning journey to be inspiring, challenging and rewarding.
Rajaa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a LEED Green Associate. She practiced for 15 years before she dedicated her full time to teaching mindfulness and yoga.
