Vinyasa Yoga Library - 8 Classes
We use the breath to seamlessly flow between poses with elements of functional movement. My classes have a balance between challenge and relief; and the thoughtful sequences will allow you to enjoy a well- rounded flow that focuses on mobility, strength, balance and flexibility to help you build and hone your skills. The classes are mindfulness oriented to enhance your awareness and help you manage life ups and downs more skillfully. All levels are welcome. Variations are provided so that everyone stays engaged and enjoys their practice. And props are very useful and encouraged.
Hatha Yoga Library - 16 Classes
A slower pace class and poses are held for longer than the vinyasa class. Elements of functional mobility as well as Bone Fit are also incorporated to give you a comprehensive and safe practice. Suitable for beginners as well as for advanced practitioners.
Power Yoga Library - 8 Classes
A vinyasa class where we flow between poses in a faster pace to build strength and increase your heart rate. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga Library - 8 Classes
Yin yoga is a complementary practice to the other styles of yoga. It’s a very slow pace class where we hold each pose between 3 min - 5 min to give you the opportunity to tune into your nervous system, to allow mental, physical and emotional release to begin. It targets your deep connective tissues; like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones.
The slow pace gives you space to turn inward tuning into both your mind and the physical sensations in your body, which is basically a form of mindfulness meditation. It teaches how to handle discomfort and impatience and to sit face to face with your thoughts consciously.
Peak Poses Library
A vinyasa class that builds up towards a peak pose, intermediate or advanced.
