Mindfulness 4-Week Course

Mindfulness is the most research-based form of brain training that alters the structure and function of the brain 

Mindfulness is being present in wherever you are and whatever you're doing. It's about staying connected to your life as it is right now rather than ruminating about the past, worrying about the future and getting lost in the “what ifs “and “if only”.
Mindfulness is the art of choice, the choice of paying attention to what really matters.

This Program is for you if you want to:

  • Improve the way you deal with difficult emotions

  • Reduce your stress, anxiety and depression

Sessions Structure

Weekly group sessions combining teaching, guided mindfulness meditation and group discussion & reflection using different exercises.

No experience in mindfulness or meditation is required.

Practice

To really incorporate mindfulness into your life, participants are expected to practice at home what they have learned in each session, and continue to add on the new skills they learn over the course of the program.

  • Home practice journaling sheets.

  • Inquiry sheets for each mindfulness practice.

  • Exercise practice sheets.
